We would like to thank you for helping us to sell our property at 10 Casey Drive, Singleton. Having a young baby we appreciated the fact that we were given a days notice for all inspections (the house sometimes looked less than perfect!), and if Lily was asleep everyone was respectful of that when inspecting the house. The friendliness of everyone in the office was excellent, and even though you are all extremely busy we were never brushed off or made to wait hours for a return phone call.

We would like to commend Reagan especially for her help and attention she gave us - I can't speak highly enough of her. She was always available for questions or advice regarding pricing etc and having seen her dealing with prospective purchasers I can say that she is just as professional and helpful with them as well. She was always cheerful and friendly right down to the day the purchasers were moving into our property - I was supposed to drop the keys down to your office and instead I had a sleeping child and was waiting for repairmen to fix our air conditioner on one of the hottest days so far this summer. I rang Reagan to let her know that I was stuck and even though she was flat out with other commitments, she still took the time to pop around and pick up the keys to save me trying to get out and this was so helpful both to me and the purchasers.

I would also like to mention the reason we signed up with D & J Pearce in the first place. We were in an exclusive 3 month listing with another real estate firm, and I rang your office seeking a property valuation. Reagan came and did the valuation for us, but knowing we were exclusive with the other company, we couldn't sign up with her. Despite this, she was so helpful and close to the 3 month mark, she rang to see if D & J Pearce could still help us with selling our property. I was so impressed that our valuation was followed up after so long, when another company we got to value the property dropped us so quick when they found out we had already listed it. This initiative, along with your company's great reputation around town was what prompted us to sign up.

So Glen, Lily and I thank you so much for your assistance in aiding us with a hassle free sale - it made life so much easier knowing our property was in good hands. I know we would not hesitate in recommending your business to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Singleton area. A friend asked me why we signed up with a family owned business instead of a franchised larger one and the answer I gave her is that with D & J Pearce, we get personal friendly service and ultimately, that's what people value and remember.
